Tubular level gauge for visual liquid level observation is very common in process industry. It is a simple and reliable device for direct reading in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications. It is mounted parallel, along the side of tank. As the process level fluctuates, the level in the transparent glass tube changes accordingly and gives local liquid indication.

Technical Details: New Bolted Gland with eflon packing ensures positive leaktightness for full vacuum as well as  10 kg/cm² pressure service.

Sturdy Protection: Glass tube is protected by box section made out of two M S channels.

Excellent Visibility: 16 /19 / 25 mm O.D Borosilicate glass gives excellent visibility. Surface tension effects are eliminated.

They are used for connecting portable air tools and equipments to air lines / hydraulic lines.

They are available from 1/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" 1", 2", 3", 4" sizes, upto a pressure of 300 psi ( 21 kg/cm²) for Single check for valve couplings and 200 kg/cm² for double check valve couplings.

In case of Single check for valve couplings, the Coupler should be installed on the supply end of the line to shut off the fluid supply when coupling is disconnected. The adopter has no valving & upon disconnection exhausts the downstream media. Even in liquid lines, this would not be mechanically detrimental unless fluid loss would interface with a holding circuit or contaminates the area around it.
